|Hypnotherapy involves the use of relaxation, mental imagery and suggestion for the desired purpose.
Hypnotherapy involves learning how to use your mind and thoughts in order to manage emotional distress(e.g., anxiety, stress), unpleasant physical symptoms (e.g., pain, nausea), or to help you change certain habits or behaviors (e.g., smoking, overeating), or to focus your energy on achievement of your goals and creating the life you want.
Many people think that hypnosis makes you lose control and just follow somebody else's suggestions. It is not true at all!
You cannot be hypnotized against your will or be made to do anything against your will!
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, so you decide if you choose to follow the suggestion or not. In hypnotherapy, you are given suggestions to achieve an altered state of awareness in which it is possible to reduce stress, manage pain, or respond to hypnotic suggestions to achieve greater control over your behavior, symptoms and life in general.
The goal of hypnotherapy is to empower the client and that usually involves teaching how to use hypnotic relaxation methods in a way that increases personal control.

My Experience in Hypnosis
In 2013, I started doing hypnosis informally, and then I continued to do it until I received formal training through Minnesota Society of Clinical Hypnosis in 2016.
Since then, I have been actively using hypnosis as one of my psychotherapy and wellness tools.

The hypnotherapy itself starts at 2nd session.
The number and length of sessions is determined collaboratively at our introductory session depending on your needs.
The price depends on the length calculated based on 100$ hourly rate.
Credit cards are accepted.
Online appointments are available.
A goal of hypnotherapy is increased empowerment to help you achieve what you want to accomplish.
While hypnotherapy involves a process of “letting go” of tension and stress, the goal is increased control of self and symptoms.
You will not spontaneously begin talking or revealing information that you do not wish to provide.
You will be aware of what is going on around you.
You will be in control of your awareness.
